Returns

Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns. All sales are final.

This policy is in place for several important reasons:

1. Self-Assembly Product
The FS3 is sold as a self-build kit. Once opened and partially or fully assembled, components cannot be resold as new. Even if disassembled, the cosmetic and mechanical condition of parts can no longer be guaranteed.


2. Custom Kit Configuration
Each kit is prepared to order. As a small, independent operation, I do not carry excess stock and each kit is packed with care based on individual orders, making restocking unviable.


3. Shipping and Handling
The FS3 is a heavy and complex kit with multiple components. Return shipping would be logistically difficult, expensive for the customer, and may risk damage or loss during transit.


4. Product Testing and Suitability
Full product specifications, limitations, and usage requirements are made available before purchase, and I encourage all customers to ensure the FS3 is suitable for their needs. I'm always available to answer questions prior to purchase to help with this.


5. Small Business Sustainability
As a one-man business focused on affordability and quality, I simply can’t absorb the costs associated with returned, used kits. This policy helps keep the price of the FS3 as low as possible for all customers.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 48 hours if any parts are defective, damaged or if you are missing a part, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will need to provide me with detailed photographic information demonstrating the specific nature of your concerns so that I can evaluate them.
