Mantis Simulators (the product) is a motion racing simulator that can be connected to a computer. Mantis Simulators utilizes game telemetry output from the computer to provide a Formula style motion racing experience to the player.

Any person buying, agreeing to buy or using this product shall accept all terms of this disclaimer notwithstanding anything to the contrary.
No person under the age of 18 shall use this device and Mantis Simulators shall not be responsible for any liability arising from such use.
Use of Mantis Simulators may void any warranty offered by a third-party manufacturer and this Disclaimer shall serve as a warning to the users of this device that liability arising from the use of this device in such circumstances shall not render Mantis Simulators liable.
Mantis Simulators could be connected to other devices and connecting or using Mantis Simulators with such other device may be done at the risk of the user. Mantis Simulators disclaims all liability arising from such connection to another device.
Mantis Simulators makes no guaranty that the use of the same shall conform to the prescribed standards of the manufacturer of connecting device or the laws of the State or any other regulative body.
Injury, death or damage caused to any person as a result of wrongful, reckless, negligent or uneducated use of Mantis Simulators would render such person to be solely liable.

Assembly of the Mantis Simulators unit should be done with extreme caution. You may be electrocuted if you do not specifically follow the instructions provided for the assembly. No liability shall arise where the User has not followed the proper instructions given by Mantis Simulators. The assembly shall be done at the sole risk of the User. The user is hereby advised to obtain the assistance of a certified electrician or a person competent to assemble a digital-electric-motorized equipment.
Inaccurate assembly and incorrect use may harm the unit and Mantis Simulators will not provide a replacement or a refund.
